¿Cómo empezar a desarrollar extensiones de Internet Explorer?

Hombre... ¡esto ha sido mucho trabajo! Tenía tanta curiosidad sobre cómo hacer esto, que lo hice yo mismo.

En primer lugar... el crédito no es todo mío. Esta es una compilación de lo que encontré, en estos sitios:

• CodeProject article , cómo hacer un BHO;
• 15segundos , pero no fueron 15 segundos, tomó alrededor de 7 horas;{[17]]}
• Microsoft tutorial , me ayudó a agregar el botón de comando.
• Y esto social.msdn topic, eso me ayudó a entender que la asamblea debe estar en el GAC.
• Esta reciente entrada de blog de MSDN contiene un ejemplo completo
• muchos otros sitios, en el proceso de descubrimiento...

Y por supuesto, quería que mi respuesta tuviera las características que me pediste:

• DOM traversal para encontrar algo;
• un botón que muestra una ventana (en mi caso para configurar)
• persistir la configuración (voy a utilizar regitry para que)
• y finalmente ejecutar javascript.

Lo describiré paso a paso, cómo logré hacerlo trabajando con Internet Explorer 8, en Windows 7 x64... tenga en cuenta que no pude probar en otras configuraciones. Espero que entiendas =)

Creando un Complemento de Trabajo de Internet Explorer 8

Estoy usando Visual Studio 2010, C# 4, .Net Framework 4, por lo que algunos de estos pasos pueden ser un poco diferentes para usted.

Se creó una biblioteca de clases. Llamé a la mía InternetExplorerExtension.

Agregue estas referencias al proyecto:

• Interop.SHDocVw
• Microsoft.mshtml

Y finalmente un formulario, que usaremos para configurar las opciones. En esta forma coloque un TextBox y un Ok Button. Establezca el resultado de diálogo del botón en Ok. Coloque este código en el código de formulario:

En las propiedades del proyecto, haga lo siguiente:

• Firmar la asamblea con una clave fuerte;
• En la pestaña Debug, establece Start External Programa a C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
• En la pestaña Debug, establezca Argumentos de línea de comandos a http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms976373.aspx#bho_getintouch

• En la pestaña Eventos de compilación, establezca Eventos posteriores a la compilación en la línea de comandos como:

Atención: como mi computadora es x64, hay un x64 específico dentro de la ruta del ejecutable de gacutil en mi máquina que puede ser diferente en la tuya.

64bit IE Necesita 64bit-compilado y 64bit-registrado BHO. Usa RegAsm de 64 bits.exe (normalmente vive en C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe)

Cómo funciona este complemento

Atraviesa todo el árbol DOM, reemplazando el texto, configurado usando el botón, por sí mismo con un fondo amarillo. Si hace clic en los textos amarillentos, llama a una función javascript que se insertó en la página de forma dinámica. La palabra por defecto es 'navegador', por lo que coincide con muchos de ellos! EDIT: después de cambiar la cadena que se resaltará, debe hacer clic en el cuadro URL y pulse Intro... F5 no funcionará, creo que es porque F5 se considera como 'navegación', y requeriría escuchar para navegar evento (tal vez). Trataré de arreglarlo más tarde.
