IE10 en Windows 7 Lado a lado IE8

¿Puedo instalar IE10 Preview para Windows 7 y mantener la versión anterior de IE8 para pruebas de desarrollo?

No creo que pueda ejecutar IE8 e IE10 lado a lado en la misma máquina. En su lugar, le animo a usar las opciones de emulación del navegador que se encuentran dentro de las Herramientas para desarrolladores de F12. Desde allí puede instruir a IE10 para que se comporte como si fuera IE8.

Si la emulación no es deseable, y no está interesado en descargar una imagen de máquina virtual , también podría considerar explorar el servicio BrowserStack. Le permitirá girar IE8 en múltiples versiones de Windows, y ver archivos remotos y locales.

Puede considerar VMware ThinApp (virtualizar la aplicación) o Microsoft RemoteApp (Ejecutar la aplicación desde un servidor remoto).

En mi entorno, tengo una mezcla de ThinApp y RemoteApp (algunas aplicaciones virtualizadas (ThinApp) y luego accedidas mediante RemoteApp).
